One of my email accounts is no longer receiving emails

I have two Comcast.net email accounts.  One is mine and the other is my late husband's.  A few days ago my husband's account received an email purporting to be from Comcast with the subject: [Edited: "Personal Information] Account.

This email gives several indications of being a spoof.  However, since it was received, the email account no longer receives messages.  I have sent several test emails from my Comcast account and from my Yahoo account, and they do no show up on my husband's webmail or download into the email app.

This is a problem because my husband's email address is used in the Contact Us link on a website I maintain.  I have temporarily substituted my email address but don't want to leave it indefinitely.
