Our HOA Domain cannot deliver emails to any Comcast-provided email on our mailing list

Our HOA sends out emails about once a month to all members of the neighborhood, typically with information about events and notices. However, as of about a month ago, I've noticed all Comcast emails we have in our mailing list are not accepting these emails, and they are never delivered. How can we get our domain unblocked?

Hello @pcbandits. Are you using a third party email client, or are you going to the xfinity email website?

@XfinityWilliam​ I've spoken with several agents, they confirmed the domain is not on the blocklist and confirmed single emails can be sent and received from the domain. The issue has to do with some part of Comcast's phishing/scam filters marking our announcement emails going out in such a way that they all bounce. I have been told on one occasion, the email was delivered almost a week after it was sent.

What do I do for the other 20+ comcast email accounts that keep bouncing the emails from our domain?
