Outlook Connection issue

I am not able to connect my computer to my account....In addition, I can't see my email account when logged into xfinity website...Can you help

Have you checked the third party access security in webmail to allow your Outlook to get your email?

In webmail, click on the gear icon then on Email Settings.  

In the left pane click on Security and put a check mark in the box under Third Party Access Security.
