Outlook Email
I am starting a new thread since Comcast has closed several others exploring similar issues without posting an actual solution for the billion or so users that apparently suffer the same issue.
Since Comcast forced me to change my Comcast password a couple months ago, I have been unable to get my email account to work in Outlook. After being pinged repeatedly for my password, I deleted my account from Outlook and have been unable to add it back--"We couldn't create the Outlook data file." My wife's account, which has kept its old password, continues to work in the same instance of Outlook with the same port and security settings I used in trying to set up my account. My Comcast account continues to work in webmail and the iPhone email client. Please fix this silliness.

Have you tried renaming your .pst file to something like .psd? I used to have to do that a long long time ago to fix annoyances like this.
