Outlook no longer able to load incoming Comcast email
I am no longer able to load new messages into my Comcast email using Outlook. (The app hangs at "synchronizing subscribed folders.") The problem began yesterday. I have reset all the configurations for the app and I have confirmed that the "allow third party access" is checked in setup. I am able to send email without a problem.
I am able to send messages from Outlook.
I am able to receive new email using CHrome, the app in my Android phone, and the app in my Ipad.

follow up -- error message:
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for [Edited: "Personal Information"].' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
