Outlook Windows 11

Outlook shows connected to my (comcast.net) account and has worked flawlessly for years, but now a sych error code (0X800CCC0E) has appeared overnight. Additionally as it appears that Xfinity is mucking around they have also deleted my addition secure E-Mail account, for which I like to personally thank someone.

First, xfinity has nothing at all to do with your install of Windows 11.  The code you posted is a windows error, not a network error.  See this KB article:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/outlook-error-code-0x800ccc0e/2f295cfb-7322-4c96-9684-8a3c811a1e7e

As for xfinity deleting your email account, they do not do that.  In fact, when you leave xfinity, your xfinity email account stays active.

It would appear that you either have corrupted files, corrupted windows install, or an update changed your settings.

Sorry, that you're so incorrect. The sych error was as a result of Xfinitys upgrade.

See my subsequent post.

Is your secure E-mail account a comcast.net account?  When was the last time you signed in to webmail?

I threatened to disconnect my horribly supported account and finally was routed to an EMail specialist who simply refreshed my account, and this specific problem was resolved. Now that I know how to get past this Orwellian AI bot, I shall do similar in future.

WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER BASE.

Actively searching for a new ISP, with human tech support when required.

The CEO of Xfinity should wake up.
