Outlook

I have tried all of the solutions, reset the password, make sure the third party box is checked, and still cannot get my outlook to synch with the Comcast email.

This problem is across all of my devices, phone, tablet, computer, and both Mac and pc.

I'm a little frustrated that this just occurred with no warning and seemingly with no solution

Hey, @user_9d2af9! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with trying to use Outlook to sync with your Comcast email. We are here to help! Do you happen to get any error messages when you try to sync through Outlook? When you reset the password, did you happen to use any "/" in it?

I'm having a similar issue.  I can get all of my other email accounts to sync to the new Outlook app, except Comcast.  When I try to sync, I get a message that I need an IMAP password (aka an 'app password').  My other email services give specific instructions for doing this, but I can't find anything for Comcast.

Note: I've tried using the password for my Comcast email account.  I get the message "Something went wrong with this account setup.  Try again.  You may need an app password."

Are you able to sign in to webmail?
