over ten years of emails lost

I have been with comcast almost 20 years. I access through the secure web site on a laptop, also on a cell phone. I also use office 365. Got a new laptop mid January.  As always have pro set it up. synced everything and working but no access to any old email, no names come up no search results of any kind in any folder. Been working with comcast security for over a month and a half. just asking for access. Each time they want to know which deleted emails or who im looking for. I don't want any deleted emails. Yes i wait the 2 hours and nothing. They just restore recently deleted emails. I have two address and both act like i have not existed before January.  The last security tech said when i said all my emails are gone, her answer "sometimes it happens, not often but it happens."

admitting there is nothing i have set up wrong and it has been diagnosed and rebooted 3 times.  At one point i was begging for any email from just last year.

All of your emails are on your old laptop/computer.  When you download them to a third party app, most generally unless you set it up otherwise, those emails will be deleted from the comcast server.  Your new computer is just that.  NEW.  It doesn't know anything about what is stored on your old computer.  It's not going to be able to "reach out" and find those emails.  You have computer A [old] and computer B [new].  Unless the emails are still on the server at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite you have no way of getting them from computer A to computer B.  Well, you do have a way, but it's not what you're wanting, and that is to forward each email from computer A to yourself so that you can download it to computer B; the problem with that, besides being extremely time consuming, is that each email will be addressed to you.
