Personal Help from Live Technology Agent

I have a problem as for whatever reason, the Role on my account has been changed to Member - I am the only one on the account. I am unable to change it back to Primary, and there fore cannot make changes or add new emails to the account. There is nothing shown from the "instructions" I have received from going to the AI Chat, and nothing there covers my problem when it askes me what is wrong. I need to talk to a live person who can talk me through changing the role back to primary, despite having no prompts come up, and also, again because no prompts come up or are where the AI says they are, how to add extra emails. I have tried everything I can find, I now need a LIVE PERSON I can physically talk to and get this mess sorted out. As I go to the Category below, nothing is really listed there for my problem - I have gone with internet because I do not know what else to use.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_pt5mow. If you are having issue with the user roles the security team is a great option. If you need us to look into that send me a direct message with the full name ans complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
