Possible Email Abuse Issue

Xfinity,


Comcast Team,

There appears to be another Xfinity customer who has been using my email address to sign up for loans and many other various products/services, etc. This has created TONS of SPAM coming into my email box with her name on it.  Further, it appears her son has done the same thing and I have been receiving his elementary school's homework and school projects addressed to him, but coming into my email box.

Is there any chance, you can contact this customer and tell her to stop?  I am willing to provide you with every message I've received directed at this family.  I have names and the customer's address and various other pieces of personal information that has come into my Inbox I can share with you.  Please advise how to proceed towards a resolution to this?

Thank you.

Note:  I've had this email address for about 25 years now and really don't want to give it up because of someone else's ignorance.

I have escalated this problem for you.  Chances are this person's email is very similar to your own and they have been typing it in wrong causing you all the problems.
