Possible Resolution For Missing Folders In Email

This may be a possible resolution for those that are having issues like I did with missing folders from my email. I spent 2 frustrating hours on the phone with a agent to try and figure out what happened to all my folders. And got no answers. Then I went back to my email and figured it out. Where it says Inbox there is a arrow next to it. Click that and it will show your folders again. You have to make sure that arrow is pointing down if the arrow is pointing towards where it says inbox it hides those folders. You have to make sure that arrow is pointing down. I know it worked for me hope this helps anyone else that is having that same issue. Its a easy fix to try before spending hours on end getting frustarted on trying to get a resolution if that don't work then you will need to contact a agent...I really hope that helps.
