printing help
When printing an email double-sided, the second page is upside down. Can you choose to print it by flipping the long end, as in Excel?

This really isn't Comcast related.
However, this would be a setup issue with your printer. I'll be honest with you, I have an HP printer with duplex printing. I usually flip on the long edge and it prints front and back correctly. Every now and then, though, I'll "hit" just that certain one that prints upside down for whatever reason and, for whatever reason, no matter what I try, it stays that way.
But, in answer to your question, make sure your printer is set up to flip on the long edge and you would do that in your printer settings.
