Problem with Email
We are not getting any emails from Comcast. They are not downloading to Comcast Email or to Outlook. We changed all our passwords, shut off the modem, shut off the computer, etc., but nothing works. We also lost all of our archived emails. Help!

Are you able to log in to webmail and Outlook, but just not able to get new emails?
Log in to webmail
Click on the gear icon and choose Email settings
In the left pane click on Auto Forward and check if there is an email there you don't recognize.
Otherwise, what error messages are you getting? [You did change your password in Outlook, right?]

"Webmail" is the common name for email that is accessed using a web page, instead of an email program or app. The Comcast/Xfinity webmail page is at https://connect.xfinity.com.

Good afternoon user_ga80kw. We have started to sunset the Xfinity Email platform, and we’ve chosen to partner with Yahoo Mail to provide active Comcast.net email users continued access to their email accounts and the ability to keep their current email address along with an improved email experience. It seems like your account has now been migrated to Yahoo.
We believe Yahoo Mail provides the ultimate modern email platform, with AI-driven tools to streamline your inbox management, advanced email protection, smart and intuitive calendar features, and a mobile app, so you can stay connected on the go. This move does not impact any paid services you may have with Xfinity or Comcast; Xfinity services will remain subject to Comcast terms of service and privacy policy applicable to those services.
Here is a great link that details the transition, and has a good amount of frequently asked questions: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview
