Problems getting email messages

A lot of emails sent to me are not coming through. Customers are saying they sent me messages I am not getting.

I had my husband send some test emails and they did not come until hours later, all at once. What is going on?

Some messages are coming through, but many are not.  I only use the webmail so it is not an application problem.

No problem sending emails.  Some are coming through but others are not.  Have verified the address to make sure there were no typos.  Many are from 1 supplier who sends me multiple emails every day.  Can't figure out why some come through and some don't.

I've restarted my computer and my modem and it is not an issue with either.  Plus this is my webmail so it should not be affected by either.  I've had my husband send me test emails (yesterday).  They did not arrive for hours.  All came in at once hours later.

Seeing if other people are having the same issue sending Emails is a great troubleshooting step to try, @ValerieV1! Have you checked your spam folder? Do you have any forwarding set up? You can check by following these steps.

Of course I checked my Spam folder.  And my trash folder.  I do not have forwarding set up for [Edited: "Personal Information"].

@ValerieV1 We can continue to help here. If you're getting some but not all, its a good sign that your email is working, maybe just a bit too well. Please turn off the Spam filtering on your account, and see if the missing emails appear. You can do so with the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience. If they show up, you can enable the filter back on, and mark those emails as safe in the tool bar. If that does not work, use the steps above to send us a direct message.
