problems with "incoming server dropped" can send but not receive
Neither my phone nor my Outlook 365 on my computer are receiving my comcast.net emails -I can see them online through connect.xfinity.com but am not getting them. When I try to use the outlook repair function or check the settings manually (which all look up to date) I get an error message on outlook "incoming server dropped. It seems like the problem started around midnight and has continued since. I can send out emails to my other emails so the out-going server is still being accesses effectively. Please advise
