Reactivate account

PLEASE HELP!! Hi, could someone help me with reactivating my Xfinity account? I'm moving into a new apartment and need to reactivate my internet service in the new place. Every time I click on anything within the account I get the message "Looks like you can't make changes to this plan. Contact the account owner for details." But I am the owner so I don't know whats going on.

I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with trying to set up services in the new apartment; you have come to the right place as we can certainly have a look into this for you! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
