How many times do I need to explain the problem before I speak to somebody???????

have not been able to get any emails since 1/8

How are you accessing your email?  Are you getting any error messages?

@aelectrol We don't see any prior attempts to receive help on this platform, and we remind everyone to abide by the first section in our Guidelines:
