recover deleted e-mails after hack
Hello, I believe my account has been placed into some sort of security lockdown. I cannot send email from any third party apps despite being able to receive and I know all of my settings are correct. Also all of my previous e-mail history was deleted and the recycle bin was subsequently emptied. I attempted to call in and I was told they would work on recovering my e-mail and call me back. I have not been called back. Can you please tell me the next steps.Thanks

Also, you would want to make sure that you are able to send and receive email via our web portal here. As far as email recovery, how long has it been since you reported this and was there a specific time frame given for a resolution?
