Recover emails that have disappeared from my inbox

I talked to 5 of your email reps all the way to Security Teir 2.

Three of the reps said that they have fixed the issue, but all three did not work. I was on the phone over 6 hours.

The issue: All of my 2023 emails in my inbox have disappeared. I need to look at allot of IMPORTANT 2023 emails.

I asked if my 2023 emails are still in your system and all said yes, they are available.

Hello @user_dlao5z I’m sorry to hear you're missing emails from 2023. I have old emails in my inbox that are important to me as well.

Can you also check your deleted inbox to see if they're there?

How are you accessing your emails? Are you using connect.xfinity.com
