@jjhemphill Thank you so much for your post for help with deleting no longer used email addresses. If these addresses/Xfinity IDs were attached to a secondary user for your account you can check out this page here to see how to remove them. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account If the ID/Email address is connected to a primary user role you would need to assign the role to a new user before deleting the ID. To ensure you still have full access to manage your account! You can check out this page here to see more about the roles and what level of access each one has and make changes if needed. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts

Just spent 1 hour with 2 Comcast agents. They could not find my old email account or manage it. What a mess! I guess I will just have to live with having Zombie email addresses out there.
