Repetitive unauthorized sign ins

Somehow a PC and/or Mac (we have neither, only use my IPhone ) keeps gaining access to my email account after numerous password changes and enabled two step verification. I am at a loss. Does anyone have any insight. The IP address from those PCs or Macs are different and from all over the US

Hi there, @user_62rhu2 I'm sorry for the inconvenience these repetitive sign-ins are causing you. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you still having these unauthorized sign-ins? If so please don't hesitate to reach back out so we can look further into this for you.-Richard

I spoke to a very helpful Xfinity representative and he checked all sign ins over the last week. While on my end it looks like the unauthorized sign ins are successful on his end they show up as failed attempts. ‘They’ did gain access in the past but I’m hoping with the multiple password changes their attempts will continue to be unsuccessful and they will eventually give up. I wish the “recent activity’ log online would tell me if sign in attempts are unsuccessful. Thank you for reaching out!

Thank you, @user_62rhu2 Thank you so much for the update! I would recommend making that password has hard as you can make it and changing it often.-Richard
