Requested service, but no email confirmation etc...
I went through the steps to request new services and never received an email confirmation. After attempting to login to the app and online there is an error and it does not show me anything/cannot login. Installation is meant to be on Friday (02/02) and at this rate I have no idea what will happen. I knew Xfinity was bad but it's the only available service in our new homes area so kinda stuck with it. Can an actual human being from Xfinity please assist?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
