Reset password

Xfinity says I must login to my email account or I'll lose it. I tried but need to reset the password but can't because it sends the recovery email to my Hotmail.com email that no longer exists. The other option is to call Xfinity but I've tried that a few times and got nowhere.

Was there a phone number associated with the account?  If so, you should be able to sign into it using that number (on the password reset page).  Then it will offer the option to send you a text message instead of an email.

Please accept my most sincere apology for the experience you have encountered. If you are experiencing issues with a password reset, you would need to call our main support line at 1-800-XFINITY during normal business hours. Our Customer Security Assurance team would be able to review the Xfinity ID and password reset options. 

 

Is there a phone number associated with the ID that can be used for password recovery or is there only an old email address linked?
