saved email was deleted by comcast

When you go to your comcast/xfinity email, on the left is a 'tree' that shows you can save your emails. You can 'drag' the emails you wish to keep onto the saved side. You can create specific folders for the emails you want to save on comcast email.  I have folders for my house insurance payments, federal and state taxes which had been paid, items purchased from various online retailers, vote by mail emails, reverse mortgage statements, property tax payments, and several others. I went to bed on 9/7 and they had been there, woke up on 9/8 and the folders were empty. You trying to tell me that during the course of the night I deleted the saved emails in my sleep?

@raptyrred, Have you tried the steps to recover the missing emails from our servers? This link shows how to recover deleted emails, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email. 

I am using comcast site, and they will not take responsibility for what they have done. The emails were saved on THEIR server and now they are gone.

I had a member of our operations team restore the deleted messages that we could see.  You'll see those messages in a specially named folder (name: "restore_09-15-2026 08:56:17PM") under your Inbox. 

To repeat what was stated above, Comcast does not delete messages from user folders (other than Spam or Trash, which expire after a week or so).
