Saved emails going to spam folder by themselves
Has anyone else experienced this?
I have a couple of folders to sort my work emails by clients/addresses, and some for personal emails. Due to Spam emails being so bad, I check that folder every day and clean it out. Every so often, I will find a large chunk of emails that I had put into a save work folder suddenly inside of the Spam folder. For so reason there will be anywhere between 10 and 40 emails related to work, some from a few years ago to very recent, just sitting in Spam. I did not move them, and cannot figure out why they would move.
Example: I just went looking for an email in a folder to get a certain piece of info, and when I went to check spam about 5 minutes later, there was 10 emails from that same folder I had just been in now showing up in Spam.
It's the fact that it's moving client emails, showing dates I sent info out to people, that really worries me, as I sometimes have to go back and verify things, only to find the email in Spam.
Why would a old, saved email automatically move into Spam? And more importantly, how can I stop them from magically being moved to Spam?
