Scam Email?

Got a weird email today from "Xfinity":

"In an effort to serve you better, we have implemented a one-time Zero-Trust Authentication (ZTA) layer to secure our online platforms against potential and vulnerable threats, Which has caused your current incoming messages to be placed on hold. You are required to validate your account information on file to receive your pending messages." 

I was very suspicious of it, especially since it was sent from an Outlook address.  I am getting new messages.
