scam

My grandmother got an email stating that Xfinity hadn't received the payment for this month.  She followed the link, and "paid" it.  However Im thinking it was a scam.  Shes on autopay and it was to be paid the same day she got the email.  The email was from "Xfinity Billpay" but when I clicked the name in the email it comes up as [Edited: "Possible malicious email"]
