Secondary account email fails to load.

I was getting ton of spam on one my secondary account at time 50 or even 100+ junk emails. So I deleted it it and created another secondary email account as I have done in the past. However... the email simply fails to load. Clicking on checking email takes me to some "Welcome to Xfinity Connect" activation site [Edited: Language]? Never had this issue with creating secondary accounts and not being able to use email. Yeah don't give me that "clear your cache and cookies" [Edited: Language]. Already done that...still no go.

user_hdg41k Thank you so much for your post on the issue you are having with your secondary email box not loading. When a page hangs or does not load that does point to a browser issue, I know you mentioned you already cleared your cache and cookies, to ensure the data cleared with that action is completed you also have to close all your browser windows you already have open before trying your session again. If you have done that already and are still running into the issue I would try from a different browser and make sure you are not using the auto-fill option when logging into your new Xfinity ID.
