Secondary email account disappeared

My second Comcast email account completely disappeared a couple of days ago. In Outlook I received a message a saying it could not synchronize and citing error 0x800CCC0E. The account also disappeared from my iPhone and now simply says it is updating for but never does. The account also dropped of the xFinity email site. It is our primary email account and so is a major problem.

If you sign into the account using only the webmail interface and a browser, does it work OK?
