secondary email accounts

I can not move  spam emails from secondary accounts into spam folder. it will not allow me to mark some emails as spam

How are you accessing the email?  With only the webmail UI and a browser?  Or a desktop client or a mail app?  What happens when you try to move an email, and how are you trying to move it?  Are you trying with the Move command from the toolbar?  Have you tried to just drag-and-drop it?
