Secondary Email Problems-imap
My Primary Account works fine-the one used for Billing.
My 3 secondary email accounts will not load on any device including online at Xfinity, so I cannot load these accounts and I must read them.
This began on May 28, 2024.
When I change the Settings to what they should be, I get an imap message saying my settings are wrong and to call.
I have never, ever changed my settings before.
I used the Virtual Assistant who said to reboot my modem.
That didn’t resolve it.
I also use Windows Live Email and my passwords change even after I enter them correctly.
Each Secondary Windows Live Email says Out-of-Date, too, even after putting in the correct settings and passwords.
I also have these email accounts on my iPhone and iPad and cannot get them there.
I have Outlook and same there.
How do I resolve this, or must Xfinity?
