Sender address invalid
My husband has been unable to send an email. Pops up with Sender Address is invalid. Over night we noticed several security alerts from Comcast. We have changed his email. Logged out of Comcast both in his phone and computer. Logged back in and still no go. What are our next steps?

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Did you reset the password too? Have you deleted the email profile and set it back up after a password change?
