Server does not support authentication- can receive but not send email

My comcast emails on Galaxy phones can receive but not send email during the day on my home wifi but will work if taken off wifi and using the verizon service.  I've tried contacting ISP and Xfinity and got nowhere.  whats strange is that it works on wifi in the evenings but not during the day.  I've tried factory resets of modem and router and still same issue.  This just started a few weeks ago.  Hope someone can help.  Thank you!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
