... I need a new email addy ...

You'll have to get an email account with some other provider, ex. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.

As of June 2024, Xfinity customers are not able to create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts.

You can create up to six secondary Xfinity IDs on your Xfinity account in addition to the primary user ID.

  • Secondary user IDs will continue to have separate sign-in credentials.
  • New secondary Xfinity IDs will not have an Xfinity Email account associated with them
