So now y'all are NOT delivery emails with "questionable content"

Hey Xfinity,

So I sent an email to a friend about Swap Your Vote - https://www.swapyourvote.org/  and y'all refused to send it and instead sent me an email with this garbage:

user_063t2z Hello there, and good afternoon! Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forums Team. I can see how receiving an email back regarding the content would be frustrating. I'm happy to help you get in the right direction for a resolution today. While our Customer Security Assurance Team is the best team to contact for a concern like this, there is also some other steps that can be taken. Did you by chance get and error code included with the email, and if so can you share it please?

I called the 1-833 number but they are experiencing a lot of phone calls and after ten minutes I hung up.  What a waste of time.  Please turn this off.

user_063t2z You're welcome! I'm happy to help. I imagine, they may be seeing an increase in some emails with questionable content this time of year. I understand that time is valueable. I can take a look on my side, and see if I can see anything that can be corrected without the assistance of our CSA Team. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I got same message from Xfinity when I reported a PHISHING message to UPS.  I wonder if this is real, as it contains grammatical errors.  I am going to report THIS to Comcast as possible phishing, and see what automatic email I get in response.

Wow, talk about Big Brother and privacy invasion!  What's next, Xfinity cell phone users being prevented from dialing up certain phone numbers of "questionable suitability"?  Out of control!  I'm VERY tempted and getting ever closer to closing my four Xfinity accounts and switching to someone who isn't going to be acting as my Nanny!!!  Crazy!!!

Happened to me on a substack post. it says it only blocked one recipient. Tried to resend and it was blocked again. I had Comcast for decades. I don't anymore.

That just happened to me as well with a substack article. It was about a homeopathic medicine (not even any of the “controversial” ones🙄). I’m so pissed right now! I’ve had Comcast for over 28years and it’s become so bad. Just had a horrible customer service experience too. On the phone for over an hour and a half with them, spoke to three different reps and got three different responses. What a joke! Time to move on for me too!

The email they blocked was also a Substack post. I admit, some would consider the subject matter controversial (Covid), but last I checked, I have the right to discuss issues with friends and colleagues. I’ve been thinking about leaving, things like this will make me act.

I just received this regarding a Substack I forwarded. So now Xfinity is going to censor my First Amendment rights? I re-sent it and it looks like it went through. Trust me if this happens again, I’ll not just post here. And you will lose a customer of 30+ years.

I'm sending emails to the same folks for years for a weekly breakfast gathering, 10 of them came back not deliverable due to questionable whatever. Nothing questionable about meeting for breakfast.....geeez
