Something not right with email storage

Xfinity deleted my entire inbox, but that's another story. I've been hitting the 10G limit quite a few times recently, even after clearing out many emails and big attachments. Now that my new emails are populating, I checked my email storage with only 100 emails in my inbox and it says it is 53% full. How can that be?? Now, I am concerned that the amount of storage we are using is not as high as Xfinity is calculating based on the very few emails in my inbox and the very large amount of storage it is claiming to take up. Something ain't right here. How can this be corrected?

@sanmo Did you just delete all of emails today? Are they removed from your trash?

No XfinityDena. They were there one minute and completely disappeared the next minute. I did not delete them. they are not in my trash folder either. I have read I am not the only one experiencing this. My entire email life, minus what I intentionally have deleted over time is gone. Including some really important ones with important attachments that I had not had a chance to download yet. I have been on the phone for 4 hours total with 3 reps, acting like they're working on it, but two days later nothing. Not a happy customer.

I am glad to hear you are working with that department @sanmo as our CSA team has all the tools to assist you. I suggest to keep reaching out to our CSA team for updates as we have limited access to CSA tickets.

Yes, for the past two days. Even been elevated. They're working on it. But, it does not appear that they are. One told me I would receive a restore file and all my past emails would repopulate. Haven't seen that yet.
