Spam Blocking

Over the past year the spam blocking for my Comcast account has been next to useless.  I'm constantly getting spam delivered to my inbox while at the same time getting mail that I keep clicking "not spam" for keeps being delivered to my spam folder.  Anything from Steam and Amazon is sent to spam even though I click the NOT SPAM button.  I've also tried setting up filter rules to deliver any email from them to my inbox but it doesn't change anything.

I don't see contacts on your email site.  I see address book

Both Steam and Amazon say;

Thank you so much for the clarification. Are Amazon and Steam the only two senders that are getting blocked?

Thank you, Jawaka99. I know you mentioned you've been trying to select the not spam button which has not been working. If you had not already, can you try to enter the spam filter preferences and uncheck the Automatically move spam and potentially harmful messages to the Spam folder? You mean the box that says "Allow spam and potentially harmful messages in your Inbox."
