spam filter upstream?

I cannot receive emails from a very well known brokerage.  They are now sending paper copies because their emails are being rejected.  I do not have a filter set up that would be blocking or rejecting them.  They don’t show up in my spam folder either.   Is this being blocked somewhere upstream? If so how do I fix that?  I can never find a number to call xfinity internet.

user_529787 Thanks for reaching out about emails being blocked by a certain party. If you have no filter to remove them from coming, then you may want to try to whitelist the email to see if it helps. This link will walk you through how to do so if you choose to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-connect-safe-list. I can't say for sure why they aren't getting through without any filter on your end, but this should help. If it doesn't please let us know, and we can continue to work with you.

Well, I do not have any filters and it doesn’t show in my spam.  I don’t know what the address is because it is rejected by the server (you) so can you look in your system and give me a better answer? Can’t white list it if I don’t have the address.  This is one of the largest brokerages in the world.  I also have one of my religious emails rejected which raises additional concerns.

Thank you, @user_529787 To disable Xfinity Advanced Security, open the Xfinity app, navigate to the Security tab, tap the Advanced Security tile, and select Turn Off under the settings menu. Note that this disables 24/7 threat monitoring and real-time reporting for your home network.-Richard
