Spam-nothing stops it!!!

Me too Enabled spam filter doesn't work, blocking domains, user, etc doesn't work.  I have tried everything.  I get 50 spam emails a day I have to sort through.  I can't change my email address

user_7d018d Thanks for posting on our community forums. How are you accessing the email? Are you using our Xfinity website or your own third party email client (Outlook, AppleMail)?

Thank you for letting us know that you are getting spam emails, @user_733d44. This link shows how to mark an email as spam when you are using the Xfinity Connect email website. Our Customer Security Assurance department takes it from there and works to prevent those emails from coming in. This link shows more about the CSA team and has the instructions to report the emails if the spam was sent from a Comcast email address.

Are you accessing your emails from our website or through a 3rd party email program?

Are the spam emails show they are coming from a Comcast.net email or another provider?
