STILL can not get spam filters to work

I keep getting emails - over a dozen a day - from the domain: axeddert.com

I can not get these emails rejected.

Conditions: sender/from contains: axeddert
Add condition
Actions
Rejecy with reason: SPAM

But the emails from thios domain continue to wind up in my inbox.

How do I fix this please?

Hello, @riffwraith2 thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and want to help with the email concern. I did have a couple of questions for clarification:

- When you receive the reject response, is that in relation to spam filtering: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience

- Is there an option at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe?

- Have you reached out to our Customer Security Assurance site, gone to the help tab at the top, go to email abuse to report: https://spa.xfinity.com/

@XfinityJustinC why on earth would you ever suggest to "unsubscribe" from anything that remotely resembles SPAM??? All that does is to provide a sure indication that the spammer has found a receptive victim!!!

@XfinityJustinC It is *NEVER* advisable to tell anyone to unsubscribe using a link in the email.  The entity that you are unsubscribing from will sell your email as active, because you clicked on that link.  Other entities sending SPAM love to buy unsubscribed emails, because they can send spam, have the person unsubscribe, then sell the email addy again.  It escalates much faster when a person unsubscribes.  If you are being trained to give that response, you need to point out that it is doing the opposite.

"receive the reject response" - what?

You are not supposed to do that. How is it a Comcast employee would recommend this?

Yes. I was told they would take care of it, but they did not, as I still get emails from the same domain.

I have gone there. The only place to "report" anything  only has three options - none of which fits the bill here.

I suggest calling them with the number provided or sending an email abuse@comcast.net so that you can explain the issue if you feel the website does not have an option that fits. @riffwraith2
