Stopped getting email
I stopped getting emails from one specific user when I was trying to set up a filter to add them to a folder I created. They told me it looked like I had unsubscribed which I had not and so I resubscribed. And now it looks like I’m on their list as spam but I’m not receiving the emails in my spam folder either. I am very frustrated.

Have you tried removing the filter to see if the emails start coming in again?

Yes all filters we’re removed. Currently there’s a Comcast ticket opened to research.
