Stopped receiving emails from a group I belong to

A couple weeks ago, I stopped receiving emails from an organization. They don't go to spam: I just stopped getting emails from the group. I go on the website,  & I can see messages that are being sent.

@Marlene41  Send me a DM with the organization sender and domain.  I'll see if I can find some information.

@XfinityAlex​  Thank you! You fixed my 3 problems: I now receive messages from the 2 organizations I belong to, & my property manager's email no longer ends up in spsam. Thank you So much. Who else can I send a thank you to? Marlene!

@Marlene41 go ahead and send a DM to @XfinityAlex ; he may have information the other employees don't.
 To send a direct message:
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right corner where your avatar is.
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line not the Employee's name
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Good afternoon @Marlene41, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we hope you are otherwise having a wonderful Wednesday so far. I see that you are running into some issues receiving emails from an organization but can see they were sent. May I ask how you are accessing your emails? Is it through the XFINITY website or third party client server such as Outlook or Apple Mail? Are you experiencing this issue with any other senders?

There are 2 domains:
https://colontown.org/

and

https://www.magicsam.com/?

I can't see if they've sent messages, but the told me they have, & I see messages on their websites.

The fist is the most recent (colontown)

the 2nd has been going on for several years. The it people at "your membership" - our provider - said it is an Xfinity problem: an email may have bounced, & since then , xfinity has not  accepted the emails.

To move forward with your concern, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address. From there I can authenticate your account and assist you further.  

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
