Sub email accounts that I can not access.

Frustrated_email_user are you not able to log into Comcast.net email accounts? If yes, when is the last time they were signed into? There is a chance those email accounts were deleted. Inactive accounts were deleted in January 2025, but we will need more details to confirm and assist you further.

Frustrated_email_user, we can check to see if the email address were deleted in the system, but you can view that as well when you sign in to xfinity.com with your primary email address or Xfinity ID. 

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address along with the email addressed that you are having trouble accessing. We will help figure out why you are having this trouble.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
