Suddenly getting loads of porn spam all with the same two word titles

I've been getting spam for a while, but it's been about a dozen a day and ordinary spam like "you've won a Dewalt Drill" or telling me my iCloud account is full.

Suddenly this week I started to get dozens of porn spam a day and they all look the same. The titles are always a word and number or two words like,
near 4589 or chair 8990. If I open the email on my phone, it's pictures of women.

These seem to all be from private email accounts and there's a list of people it's emailed to.

I keep marking these as spam to no avail. If it doesn't stop I'm going to have to change my email that I've used for ten years.

How can I block these?

I wrote to abuse@comcast.net and this was their response: Of course the Security Alerts Channel link does not work...

@iridium73 I ended up turning up my spam filter and it's caught them all. Unfortunately, also a few non-spams, but hopefully that will be repaired.

I'm not sure why Comcast is letting these through anyway, but they all seem to be coming from regular email addresses.

Mine have been coming since late December. From Gmail addresses. Or vizathu .com

What sucks is some have my husband's name on them. I probably applied for a credit card or something on an unsafe site. It's super annoying as naked pics are coming through

@user_vi5s70 Spam email can definitely be frustrating, and annoying. Being able to identify spam is really important to protect yourself. With so many bad actors in the world spam email, and calls are getting harder to stop. Here are a couple articles that may help:

Mark emails as spam — Xfinity Email help

Set email filters or spam filters — Xfinity Email help
