Suddenly kicked out of old Comcast email that I use daily.

I was with Comcast for years. When I moved (about 8yrs ago) I got Verizon. I still used my Comcast email daily. After a year or so with Verizon, I switched back to Comcast and was given another email address. I never used the new email address, only the old one. For the last 2 or 3 months, I have been getting a message, that if I want to use that email, I have to change the password. When I try, it tells me to contact the primary. It's just a big circle.... I try to log in, I have to change the password but I can't. I have no access to that email account now, not even through the xfinity apps/website. How can I fix this? TIA!

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_1vjr6q. If you are still having issues with your email password you can reach out to the customer security team at the https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/ site for any assistance with changing that password.

Try https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse. The employee's link has a trailing"/" which prevents the link from working. Comcast has known this for YEARS but they've never fixed it, and they keep posting the broken link.

If you get a "Bad Request" message on my link, try opening it in a a different browser or in a Private/InPrivate/Incognito/ window.
