Me too.  Spent an hour with Xfinity live chat and got no where.  Cannot sign in to Yahoo with Comcast credentials   Help

I can fully understand, I try to avoid live chat with a AI because they will not allow you to speak with a live agent even after responding to all their questions it was just a circle of the same questions even with different responses.  It seems to me that Xfinity has just gotten worse instead of better when it comes to getting answers.  I should have just done what I always do, just call them directly and take my chances that I will get someone that I can understand what they are saying.

Did you both accept the Terms of Service and Privacy notice?  If so, I would say that Yahoo is not yet ready for Prime Time.  I have yet to receive the email so I'm not sure what all it might have said, so I'm only guessing at this point.  If you didn't get any confirmation notice I would say try to wait it out and check through the email every couple to few days or so.

I did not except the terms because it sounded like a scam to me, and also the sender email was not connected to Xfinity.  So now I need to know what to do so that my e-mail is not interrupted.

The notices that you now have the option to migrate will come from "updates.xfinity.com".  Please ensure you're checking the email address of the sender.

If you have concerns about the legitimacy of a message, especially pertiaining to this migration, please reach out to our CSA department.
