Temporarily blacklisted IP address

My Comcast account has been blocked. Apparently it was hacked and, even though I've changed the password, it hasn't been restored on my laptop. On my iPhone it tells me the password is incorrect for the IMAP account...after I changed the password. I tried to get help through the phone tree and I was sent to chat, but then the chat expired before I did anything and it wouldn't come back no matter how many times I typed "Chat with an agent" to refresh it. So, this is maddening and disabling and I need a real human to fix this.

@XfinityNatalie​ I'm glad I've come to the right place and will reach out to the Email Security team as well. I've seen numerous posts with the same issue but no solution in the comments and many frustrated customers who can't reach the Email Security Team.  Soooooo...please...what's the solution?
