Terrible Retention team and lack of support

I have been XFINITY customer for 9 years and had been paying a fixed price for internet , now it’s seems to have doubled my internet cost . It’s unfortunate that I have to cancel my services just cos Xfinity thinks am not loyal enough for them. Retention team is terrible they offered me higher cost than other agent for same service.
