Too Many Choices...what do I pick

Hello,
I have 3 Apple devices and 1 PC using Microsoft Outlook. 

Can someone please explain what my settings should be because  I currently have a mixture of Incoming Host Names: "imap.comcast.net" and  "mail.comcast.net"? 

On Outlook two of my emails are listed as POP/SMTP and the other is shown as IMAP/SMTP.
