I have a new Yahoo account, but my Comcast’s emails are not transferred.
Did you get an invitation to move your comcast.net email account to Yahoo! Mail? If you did and you transferred your account to Yahoo! Mail, then you would sign in to your comcast.net account with your credentials for that. If your new Yahoo account is xxx@yahoo.com your comcast.net emails would not be there.

There are some eligibility criteria that must be met for a smooth migration experience. If for some reason that criteria is no longer met we will revoke the invitation to prevent any issues. Once all is back to the status quo we send the invitation it back out again. We're doing a fair bit of analysis right now to make sure all is going well with the transition, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. There is nothing more that you need to do at this time, you should still be able to use your Xfinity Mail as normal.
